Rotating hardwoods, no gas, no shortcuts
A few things worth the drive
Nyama Choma Ribeye
400g dry-aged ribeye, hardwood embers, fresh kachumbari on the side.
Whole Ember-Roasted Chicken
Brined for 24 hours, basted slowly in smoked butter until the skin cracks.
Smoked Chocolate Tart
Dark chocolate set over embered cocoa, finished with torched marshmallow.
One heat source. No exceptions.
Every dish that leaves this kitchen has touched hardwood embers — grilled, roasted, or finished under coals. We rotate acacia, olive, and croton wood through the week, each bringing its own smoke to the plate.
